QUESTION: I have a problem with an order.  Who do I contact?

ANSWER: Contact Zazzle's customer service department (link will open in new window).  Zazzle makes the products and ships them.  We have no control over your order and the actual product. 


QUESTION: I want to return an item.  What do I do?

QUESTION: Do you have different photos and products to upload to the web site?

ANSWER:  Yes, we are busy creating additional products with our huge photo inventory.  Be sure to visit the web site at least once a week to see all the new items being created.


QUESTION: I don't see the exact photo or product I was hoping to purchase?

ANSWER: Let us know, by sending us an email (service@trophygalgifts.com).  We might have exactly what you are looking for and can get the product on the web site for you.  Please note: We do not hire out to take custom photographs.


QUESTION: Do we offer wholesale pricing?
