
Arctic Char Salad
Boneless Arctic Char fillet
Lettuce
Lemon pepper
Salt
Salad fixings (croutons, grated cheese, etc.)
Salad dressing, your favorite
Salt and lemon pepper both sides of fillet. Place on a cookie sheet, already covered with tinfoil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Broil fillet for 10 - 15 minutes. Check for doneness, fish will flake with fork. When fillet cools, crumple on top of lettuce. Add your favorite fixings and salad dressing.
