
Blackened Pink Salmon
8 oz. Pink Salmon, fillet
Blackened seasoning
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Brush salmon fillet with melted butter. Coat both sides with blackened seasoning. Heat olive oil with butter in cast iron skillet, until smoking hot. Cook salmon at high heat on both sides until blackened. May substitute other salmon species.
Warning: Use good ventilation as it may smoke you out of the house.
