Citrus Lake Trout

 

Lake Trout, fillets

Lemon, sliced

Orange, sliced

Lime, sliced

Butter or Oil

 

Thinly slice the lemon, orange, and lime.  Lightly oil or butter the fish fillets and place them on tinfoil.  Top the fillets with the citrus slices.  Wrap the tinfoil up and grill on medium heat.  Check for doneness, fish will flake.
