Jumpin' King Salmon

 

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Dash of salt

Dash of black pepper

2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing

1/2 Onion, medium

1/4 cup Sugar

8 oz. King Salmon, fillet

 

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and Italian salad dressing in a small bowl.  Salt and pepper both sides of the King Salmon fillet.  Lay the fillet in doubled up tinfoil.  Smother fish with mayonnaise mixture.  Cover with sliced onion rings.  Wrap fish up in tinfoil and grill over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
