Minute Deer Steaks

 

4 Deer steaks

1 cup All-purpose flour

1/4 cup Shortening

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce

 

Dip steaks in worcestershire sauce.  Coat steaks with flour.  Melt shortening in skillet.  Add steaks and cook over medium-high heat until brown and crispy, about 4 minutes on each side.

 

Season steaks with salt and pepper.  If desired, top each steak with mushrooms and peppers.
