Chunks of Burbot on a Plate with Butter for Dipping.

Poor Man’s Lobster - Burbot

 

1 pound Burbot Fillets

2 cups Water

1 tablespoon Vinegar

1 teaspoon Salt

 

Bring mixture of water, vinegar, and salt to a boil.  Cut fillets into bite size chunks and add to water.  Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.  Drain and serve with melted butter.
