
Rockin’ Grilled Rockfish
2 pound Rockfish Fillet
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons Butter
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
Dash favorite seasoning
Brush fillets with mixture of oil and lemon juice. Let stand for 30 minutes. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once. Simmer butter and garlic for a few minutes in a separate pan. Sprinkle the fillet with your favorite seasonings (ex: paprika, ginger, basil, etc.). Pour garlic butter over the fish fillet.
