
Silver Salmon Tacos
8-12 Taco shells
1 pound Silver Salmon, diced
1 small Onion, diced
2 tablespoons Butter
1 can (4 oz.) Green chiles
1 package Taco seasoning mix
1 cup Lettuce, chopped
1 cup Cheese, shredded
Sauce Mix
1/2 cup Tartar sauce
1/2 cup Salsa
Simmer salmon and onion in hot butter until done. Salmon will be flaky. Drain excess butter. Add seasoning mix and green chiles to salmon and onion. Mix tartar sauce and salsa together in a bowl, set aside. Serve on warm taco shells with all the fixings (lettuce and cheese). Pour sauce over each taco.
