Bear roast on a plate with pineapple slices.

Simple Bear Roast

 

1 can Pineapple, sliced

1 can Pineapple, juice

1 cup Water

1 Onion, sliced

2-3 pound Bear roast

 

Place Bear roast in roasting pan.  Add water, onion slices, and pineapple slices on top of roast.  Then cover with aluminum foil.  Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.  Then pour the pineapple juice over the roast and bake for another 30 to 45 minutes until done.
