Snowshoe Hare Stew

 

1 Snowshoe Hare, four legs

1 Small onion, sliced

1 can Corn, drained

1 can Green beans, drained

2 cans Mushroom soup

1 can Water

 

In a large baking dish, combine soup, water and vegetables.  Add snowshoe legs.  Cover baking dish with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours.  Salt and pepper to taste.

 

Note: Never chicken fry snowshoe hare, as meat becomes tough and stringy.
